Assassin/Ninja Pandivalence Weathered But It's Not Bug Abuse This Time

So. The idea here is that you stay vanished as close to 100% of the time as possible. This means you don't really have to worry about ehp or maintaining the 80% dmg boost. It's all up to rng to do any damage for you or screw you with 35 escapes in a row. here is a typical spell cycle with this build:

Vanish - wait - vanish - wait - vanish - wait - etc.

Some calcs:
29k boosted bombs
58k boosted meteors
46k boosted uppers

None of these calcs include dodge, which should be really easy to maintain.
