Here's a build I just threw together, it has 7/5 mana regen, very good health regen, and good spell costs. As an added bonus, this set has nearly +60% walk speed, and 66% xp bonus. If you don't have any tomes that give skill points yet, you can replace the troms kid badge with another necklace that gives skill points in order to reach 129 intelligence.
