Archer/Hunter Help Desperately Need Help With An Archer Build

Hello friends, I am very much lost. Last time I tried to seriously make a build was like 2015 so I am definitely out of my comfort zone lol

I am a level 105 archer and I currently have as follows:

25 str
120 intel
75 def

Third Eye
Aquarius
Ophiuchus
Memento
Moon Pool Circlet
Draoi Fair
Dragons Eye Bracelet (just realized today that stacking those things doesnt work)
Royal Stormy Amulet
Hive Bow

I am poor and thus cant afford any mythics. Otherwise I have like a small amount of money to spend, and a lot of endgame legendaries and stuff saved up in my bank I might be able to use. I also have lots of T6 powder saved up so no worries there. I hoard most quest rewards as well, so if need be, I can probably pull those out too. I currently play spellspam archer, and if its possible to make a nice water based spellspam build, I would love to be able to do so. My current build was made for the sole purpose of spamming spells with 18/4 manaregen, but it does fuck all for damage so I need help

Yo thank you so much! So you can get Orange Lily from CUR runs, but how do you get Rainbow Sanctuary and Diamond Fusion Necklace? If I find those I just gotta drag my ass through Qira Hive again which is fine I guess.
