Having Trouble With Quests

So I'm stuck with 2 quests, "An Iron Heart Part 2" and "Out of My Mind"

With an Iron Heart, I'm trying to press the A B C D E buttons in Urelix's house, but they won't press

and with Out Of My Mind, i left wynncraft in the middle of this quest for a few years, and I came back on the part that says "Build a machine to hit your head and get back to normal," and I think I'm supposed to be inside a building or something, but the door I'm supposed to use to get in doesn't seem to work.

Is there a way to reset these quests or otherwise fix these issues?

For the buttons, are you right-clicking them with an empty hand? If so, try swapping worlds, relogging, and such, and if that doesn't work I'd suggest filing a bug report.

For Out of my Mind, assuming you are going to the right door to get into the lab, you probably need a Lab Key to get in - you can get another by going back to the tree house at the start of the quest (at -860, 93, -963), then try entering the lab again.

Also, no, you can't reset quests, but hopefully you can figure out what's wrong with them and work around the issues.
