Why Can't I See My Name On The Map?

Hey! I am trying to use the map but my name is not showing up. I can see all the town names and other icons. I am online and in Detlas right now, but as seen in the picture my name is nowhere to be seen. I saw other people saying to clear my cache, so I did and it did not fix anything. I have tried everything and nothing has worked. Does anyone know what is wrong? (The forum page will not let me upload the image here)

 

It can be a little bit buggy, that's how it's been for me. Sometimes it's been working and sometimes it hasn't. However, I'm mostly relying on the wynntils map which is built in into the wynntils mod.
