Let's Find Which Mobs Have The Most Elemental Damage Compared To Neutral

What I mean by this is that some mobs, such as Weirds have 100% elemental damage (of their respective elements), while most bosses deal more Neutral damage than elemental damage.

So I need help to find the mobs that deal mostly elemental damage.

Also, from my testing, Qira deals 50% neutral and 10% of every element, this could be a little off though.

The thing is, it is not stated anywhere how much of elemental weakness, damage and defense any mob has. So we mostly just have to test to see.
If anybody working on the Content Team knows this, please reveal it if you're allowed, and put it on the wiki, or if you're not allowed atleast put it on LiveLeak, oh wait.
