Mage/Dark Wizard Fatal Build Help

I got a fatal recently but have no money for mythic boots.
Ideally:
>16k meteors
>7mr/ms either is fine
1 cost meteor
2 cost heal. I can't play without cheap heals, I just can't.
good ehp, I die too often
