Shaman/Skyseer Shaman Build Advice

I just want to ask if there were any ways to improve on my current build without losing too much on the strength and healing factor.

Seems I have not posted enough to post links (pain), so the post is in the image.

Currently lvl 104 and the goal is to create an aggressive support endgame build for both guild wars and dungeon runs (both in a party full of glass cannons and solo)
