    I got a Deadeye at lvl45 with help of some friends and noticed that the stat boost was insane at +65 dexterity. any ideas on if this is actually rare for Deadeye? also what is a good time to swap to a different bow?

    skill points are static, not random rolls - every deadeye has +65 dexterity

    switch to maelstrom at level 70
