Assassin/Ninja Assassin Build

I want a heavy melee assassin build that does a lot of damage and has decent sustain/ehp. No mythics or crafteds.

Writhing Growth is from doing 2 EO runs, if you don't have it, you can use earth breaker(it gives more life steal and ehp but less dmg). There might be a better way to powder anvil crawler but idk.
You can also replace fractured with downfalls if you want more damage but it gives less life steal.
