Im Getting Stuck In A Dead Loop

I was doing a quest call "Fate of the Fallen" at Nesaak. So at the part in which I need to protect the portal, i fall down the bridge and getting stuck at there. After a while, as the dialog keeps going I got teleported to the next scene. However, I was clearly not on the ground. I got teleported into the void! I keep on receiving damage and end up dying. Unfortunately, I didn't respawn at Nesaak or any other normal places. I respawn in the void again. I try to do /kill but it still let me respawn at the same place over and over again. I just got no way to get out of the dead loops!


Whats should I do? Somebody please help me T_T

 

disconnect and reconnect?

 

sadly even after hotfix 2 is out and stated that Fate of the Fallen have been fixed, im still stuck at that same void (/kill still respawn me at there)

 

Man this fucking sucks. Can a moderator not teleport this guy out? This is really shitty

 

sadly, they said that if they teleport me out directly it might break my class
