10k melee dps without Rage boost, but Warscream is enabled. 20k Quake

If you want to make use of Rage, it's usually better to use a weapon that makes it able to convert all damage to Earth. That is why I choose Rikter.

PS: I slammed this build together rather quickly, because I usually do not make specific builds for lower lvls :P
