Yes, it doesn't really matter.

Bring potions, for sunrise canyon, don't stay too close, because the boss deals a lot of damage. For undergrowth ruins, bring potions again, and keep track of where the boss is because he teleports a lot, and has ranged attacks

the only necklaces that give both str and def at or under your level are master and nutrition, and both only give 1 or 2, durum's serenity is fine.

 

yep as said it's totally fine, the weaknesses are small, but your build has one glaring issue: It only has negative health sustain. You have no way to regain health apart from Potions, and are constantly losing it.

Using Anchoryl makes your life sustain positive and makes you a bit more tanky, at the price of some damage, which really doesn't matter. Yes, it's completely okay. In general it's recommended to only focus on around 2-4 skills (max. 3 this early on), unless you are using Rainbow (build designed for use of all five elements/skills at the same time) or Morph set, and your previous build had a rainbow weapon. This build seems all good to me at least

 

this build is all perfct to me.
One problem though:
I have to buy anchoryl, strobelight and fierte.
my budget is 1LE

 

Well, you don't necessarily have to buy them, you can also lootrun for them, and I don't think Strobelight is too necessary unless you really want that Taunt major ID. 1 LE should be enough for Anchoryl and Fierte, at least.

 

strobelight makes me able to not put skill points into intel
it also provides defence

 

you can still just, you know

not use a necklace at all, or replace it? For example, Purification Bead and Constrict Collar give similar defense SP buffs.
