What Do I Do If The Store Bugged And Didn't Give Me The Chicken Pet?

When pets were added to wynncraft, i went to the store to get the free chicken pet as my first but it has been like a year and i still haven't gotten it. Do I report this or should i just move on. I know its just the chicken pet, but still. What if this happens again? (Also I couldn't make a forums account when I didn't get the pet so I couldn't report it immediately)

 

there is a support email address listed at the bottom of the store page, try that maybe?

also, it's barely been over 3 months? not a year?

 

As stated above email [email protected] and they should be able to sort it out.
