The Golemlus Core is really just a placeholder: feel free to swap in anything that doesn't mess up your attack speed or skill points tbh
Hopefully your Nephilim in conjunction with flashfire has high enough ls to cancel out your Second Wind: one downside is that you will have negligible lifesteal which I know a lot of people say is a big no no with melee builds but this one's cheap af so
LI and Qira are totally doable solo with this class at lvl 97: you will however spend a lot on health potions, which are the only consumables I used for those fights anyway
Other than that, I recommend you practice your dominant hand's index finger strength because you're going to be doing a LOT of clicking
