    how do i go to enter the fight
    or where is the npc to enter the fight

    1. go to the elevator (the one that takes you to the hot air ballon)
    2. go up two flights
    3. walk down the bridge into the clock tower (opposite from the actual hot air ballon)
    4. there should be a path to the right once you're inside the building, which you can follow until you find the clock tower mech NPC (forgot his name) and wait to be teleported
