    1.20.2 is out! It will take about 7h for every server to restart and receive the patch.

    We wrote the changelog a few weeks ago when opening the beta, but we've made a few changes since then. Here's the changelog again, with the new stuff highlighted at the bottom.

    New Features

    - Added 2 type of Party Finders NPC: Raid Party Finders and Generic Party Finders
    The Raid Party Finders can be found near Raids entrances. They allow you to queue up and sit back while it searches for a group. Once a full team has been found and someone can pay for the entry, you will be brought to the same world to enter the Raid.

    The generic Party Finders can be found in most towns, near banks. They allow you to make your party public with specific requirements and theme (ex. Guild Recruitment, or Mob Grinding with a level requirement of 90+, etc)​

    - Added Housing Rules
    Housing rules allows you to set special effects and rules on your plot. Here's a few for example: Allow PvP, Double Identification Effects, Triple Player HP, Disable Poison Damage, Enable Infinite Mana, etc.

    - Added a Combat Dummy Housing NPC
    The Combat Dummy is a special mob you can hit to test your damage. It will even show your average DPS (damage per second) to help you out.

    - Added the option to allow other players to edit your plot in Housing
    This will give access to your Block Bank, plot blocks and NPCs (except Build Stands) to anyone you add. If they leave, the blocks they took will be safely added back to your bank. We still recommend to only give this permission to players you trust.
    - Added Housing Weather/Time settings

    - Added a new dialogue system
    This new system will now "anchor" NPC dialogues to the bottom of your chat and wait for you to press SHIFT (or any sneak button you set) to continue to the next message. This will generally allow you to skip long cutscenes faster and give you plenty of time to read what NPCs are saying at your own speed.


    - Added a dialogue history button in the quest book
    With the new dialogue changes we're doing, it's much easier to forget what an NPC said as their messages get hidden once you're done with them. On your first slot in your quest book, you will now be able to see the previous 15 messages said by NPCs.​

    - Added a new guild bank setting
    Guild owners will be able to set the minimum rank required to access the Everyone Guild Bank: Recruits or Recruiters. If you decide to let Recruits access the bank, they must now have been a member for that guild for 3 days before gaining access to the bank. This only affects Recruits. Players with higher ranks will be unaffected.​

    - Added a new Major ID: Flashfreeze


    - Added a new bank feature: Quick Stash
    When used, this will stack every item in your inventory with existing, non-full, stacks of the same item in your bank. This works for both the regular bank and the Housing Block Bank.

    - Made various changes, improvements and features for the Black Road region and Time Valley region
    This one is gonna feel weird to veterans. Let me explain what we're doing and why:
    Looking at our data, we've noticed a significant drop in retention around the level 10s or so. We suspect this is because, at this point in the progression, the game becomes a lot more open and less direct. The content relevant to your level becomes spread out and there isn't a lot of ways for players to figure out where to go next. It is apparently too soon to expect most level 10s to open their Quest Book and start tracking quests.
    So to fix this, we're putting the level 10-15 content closer to Detlas and changing Time Valley to be level 25, which feels better progression-wise. This will also bring improvements to the Savannah and changes to early game quests.

    Improvements & Bug Fixes
    - Fixed various typos
    - General performance improvements
    - Dying very far from any towns (like in quest areas or dungeons) will now send you back to your last visited town instead of the closest one. This should reduce the amount of time you randomly get teleported to Ternaves or far-away towns when dying.
    - Joining and leaving a house will now alert players on that plot in chat
    - Housing Build Stands will now save their rotation properly
    - Fixed Housing Merchants duplicating their trades
    - Improved mob hitboxes, they should merge into walls less often
    - When players stand in unloaded chunks, they will now stay frozen mid-air a little more properly. This should reduce the amount of time you can spawn inside the ground
    - Fixed a bug where using Vanish while in a cutscene could make you visible to other players
    - Fixed a bug where mob totems would spawn mobs inside the totem itself, instead of in the whole area
    - Fixed a bug where player heads, sometimes, would not load their texture properly in 1.16 (like in Grookwart's wybel class)
    - Fixed various issues with Class Backups
    - Fixed a bug where Regen and Steal item IDs were not showing the proper time
    - Fixed a bug where fishing gathering spots would show a block of air under them
    - Fixed a bug where the major ID Roving Assassin was reducing every spell to 0 mana cost
    - Potion effects will not show any particles on players anymore
    - Fixed a visual bug where ingredients with a negative to positive ID weren't showing up properly
    - Merchant Booth will now save their rotation properly
    - Removed the /hide command for Media ranks (use /stream instead)
    - Fixed a bug where you couldn't promote someone in your party to party leader
    - When finishing a trade on the Trade Market, if you do not have enough inventory space to pick up your money, it will use your bank instead of dropping everything on the ground.
    - Fixed a bug where changing your username would sometimes not update properly on the stats page and other areas
    - Fixed a bug where helmets using player heads (like the iboju masks) would visually lose their identifications on relog
    - Improved Raid rewards, especially on your first win
    - Improve consistency of war TPs
    - Fixed a bug where you would not get teleported to a war if riding a horse
    - Nerfed the Mob XP guild territory bonus and Gathering XP guild territory bonus
    - Towers special attack (such as Aura) will now show a warning in the middle of the screen when activated
    - Using 1.16 features such as sneaking under 1.5 block high areas or sprint-swimming will not glitch your character around anymore
    - Tomes main ID will now be static and never change
    - Buffed Mythic Tomes main IDs
    - Fixed a bug where players without CHAMPION could purchase houses in areas they weren't allowed to, ending up soft-locking themselves
    - Fixed some housing bugs where chunks would sometimes show up as corrupted
    - Fixed a bug where revealing an item would not cost anything
    - Fixed a bug where party XP sharing wasn't working properly
    - Added a sorting option in the Trade Market search menu
    - Ironman players will now have the "Spend X Emeralds on the Trade Market" tome slot requirement automatically unlocked
    - Added /rules command to show the list of rules
    - Added a new housing rule option to disable thorn and reflection IDs
    - Improved armour stand mobs model to glitch and separate less often
    - The first 5 members of a guild will not have to wait 3 days before being able to war anymore
    - A green beacon will now show nearby quests you can start. You can disable it with /toggle
    - If a war is in progress, the server will avoid restarting until it is done
    - Doubled the Tome Seeking effectiveness and decreased its price.
    - The Seaskipper will not use separate pass anymore, and instead open a convenient menu where you can select where you want to go. For a limited time, you will be able to sell your pass back to the seavale merchants to get your money back.
