Assassin/Ninja Level 63 Assassin Build

Anyone got any recommendations for a spell based assassin build?

I have most of the stuff in your build such as :

Frosted Leggings (Using)
Abysso Galoshes (Using)
Mask of Enlightenment (In my ender chest)
Locrian (Using )
Dragon Eye Bracelet (In my ender chest)
Durum's Serenity (In my ender chest)

I might use Millennium instead of Bob's Battle Chest plate or Dravarden
