Account Hacked, Can I Transfer Old Donation Perks?

    I made a donation for a rank a long time ago for donation perks. Recently my account was hacked and I was not able to retrieve it so I had to purchase a new one.

    Am I able to get in touch with staff/management to transfer a donation rank?

    What exactly can I do?

    Be patient though, that email takes a bit to respond
