    You can use the Ultramarine Set, which is very good for using spells. Search ultramarine on the trade market and you will find it! You can use diablo as a wand, or olux prized wand. Put the remaining skill points into defence

    I'm using Ultramarine Set at that level and a water weapon. You can easily get the armor set by going to the Seavale Reefs for a couple of minutes.
