I got it from a chest and identified it, I saw that I could sell it for ~2.4k ems at the Trade Market but I don't know whether I should sell it or keep it, and due to it's really high 2nd Spell Cost reduction, I don't really know how much I'd sell it for.

 

In my opinion, I don’t think you should use it. This is because you seem to be using an intel build. So if you were to use Mirror’s Edge, you would have to allocate 60 skill points to agility to be able to use it. (unless your weapon or armour or talismans or bracelets or rings or weapons give agility)

And I know the spell cost reduction is high, but it doesn’t seem worth it.

would it sell for as much as normal, or more because of the cost reduction?
