Warrior/Knight Help Some Problems With My Setup

im a level 46 warrior and here's my setup:

I think you can find the problem:
I walk extremely slow.
Also, for some reason, i take more damage from mobs.
can anyone improve my setup?
i prefer ehp and melee damage.
My plans:
Use nudgoj warrior chestplate instead of mummy's rag
Use sting-glass necklace instead of durum's serenity
Try to do ice barrows to get its items from its merchant
