Warrior/Knight Looking For A Warrior Build That Can Do Well In Nol

I'm looking for a warrior build that can tank and sustain in NoL, while also doing okay damage. A fire build would be preferable, but I don't really care too much about the element. I would also like for it to be able to use Rhythm of the Seasons as an offhand weapon for extra healing, or for healing party members. Does not need RoTS for the healing. Thanks a lot in advance! Oh, also I'm level 103, LI and Hive items are welcome, please no mythics or shadow items.
