It's never a good idea to use the Trade Market as a source to estimate prices of items, especially Mythic items.

The main reason is because of the market tax which skews prices (and even more so the higher the price is). Another reason is because people want their items bought as high of a price as they can and therefore they sell it for overpay.

 

I know that, I'm not charging what people on the market would charge, this is the rough price of slightly lower than pre tax, thats how I "use market price"

 

I am not sure whether this is a joke or not, but strati prices are kinda dead rn.
The weapon is bad and most people sell good ones for half the price your asked price

 

A quick look a few messages up will tell you that a strati with lower stats was appraised for 25 stacks, so 30 is reasonable.

Negative health, although preferred is not near as sought after as ws, and there is a large difference between 1 off max ws and 2 off, so one with higher ws would not be appraised less.
