Stuck In Dwarves And Doguns Iv

So I died at the last stage of destroying Garaheth and now I can't get back to that point in the quest. It works when I get launched out of the cannon with after freeing Axelus, but then once I'm supposed to go the Dogun village, it doesn't teleport me. Any help? :/

 

There is an elevator if you go by the path from Rodoroc to the left

 

Well yes, but that's not my problem, I'm trying to continue the quest but it does not teleport me to stage 4, which is started when you get to the Molten Heights with Axelus, and turn onto the path that goes to the Dogun Village, and half way through walking on that path it's supposed to teleport you into stage 4, yet it doesn't after I've died.

 

You should should be able to walk back through the big altar door to get back to Garaheth if you died in his boss room. And then just hop back inside him to reattempt the boss fight
