Archer/Hunter High Level Archer Build

So up until now (lvl 102) I've just been eyeballing all my gear, but the content is getting harder.

Preferably something that doesn't rely on other players, and can solo Eldritch Outlook. Then not too expensive, but this isn't really too much of a priority. For the rest, anything goes.
