    Abysso Galoshes
    Olux Prized Relik (Powder: W4 W4)
    Concentration
    Concentration
    Reminiscence
    Durums serenity

    Level 63, no price cap, just make it work to the highest level possible

    I think your build is already pretty optimized for level 63, but i'd recommend switching weapons to either Lightshow or Nightrush and powdering those with t4+ powders for a bit more damage
