What Are The Most Stupid Things You Did In Wynncraft When You Just Started Playing?

Mine was wasting tons of emeralds on upgrading ender chest storage because I thought every single little thing was important including quest items

 

I relate heavily with the upgrading the ender chest storage and saving EVERYTHING.

I would also throw away weapons + armor that were REALLY GOOD because I was not a high enough level... (ﾉ_-｡)

I sometimes amaze myself.​

 

I always buy weapons that I don't meet the requirements for, and sell my old ones before I realize I don't meet the requirements. Sigh....

 

I always blacksmithed everything. 90% capri? gone. 92% memento? gone. 88% Yang with 100% spell daamage? gone.
All because I either wasn't high enough lvl or I found something better. I'm still salty about that Yang.

 

I either didn't identify items or I spent a ton of money fully identifying them, only to ditch then 2 levels later (before Gavel, identifying was very different; instead of putting unidentified items in and having them identified, items dropped identified but with no idea and you could pay the identifier to give them their id's, one at a time).

I avoided Detlas because I saw Donator town (there used to be a VIP/VIP+ only town where the Detlas suburbs are now- no Hero; it didn't exist) and assumed that whole area was VIP only, so I went straight from Ragni along the coastal trail to Nemract. That went well.

I picked mage. See, back before Gavel, the class hierarchy was a little different... To put it frankly, mage kind of sucked. To compound this, I went with a rainbow-ish skill point build, which was not optimal at the time, so I died fast and did very little damage. Back then, resetting your skill points was pretty pricey for a new player, so I didn't...

 

Travelling to an area whose recommended level was higher than mine. A lvl7 shaman me quickly learned the Pigman's Ravine and Time Valley was not the right place. Travel to Almuj with lvl15 simply out of curiosity? You better run fast and know the way through Savannah. Not just as a beginner, but I still do. Llevigar and Bucie with 24. Nesaak with 33. Troms through Great Bridge with 36. I visited Olux first time around level 39. Cinfras with 42. Planning to go find Thanos and/or Rodoroc and I'm level65 rn. And I still haven't learned recommended level really means "at this level you have a chance to fight the mobs and at this level visiting a place is actually productive." Oh well, old habits die hard.

 

Selling everything I didn't like to look of (when I say this I mean the item model)

 

Spent my entire amount of Le (2) on a 10 eb helmet which I used for the period of one day

 

Got styx grab from UC and then immediatly replaced it with the dagger from Almuj.

 

I let my friend borrow the OG Nether Armor (back when it was worth a lot) and he then sold it for like 3 LE... I lost stacks of LE back when the hyperinflation wasn't a thing.

 

Went to Almuj at level 8 back when the Savannah was a death trap- got stuck for a week.

 

I got emotionally attached to a quest NPC in Detlas and was utterly devastated when she was removed.

Selling lots of items to buy enderchest slots. They are handy now but when I was pretty new/had no emeralds. It really just sucked trying to buy stuff on the market so I'd just sell everything

 

so basically I was a simp for maxie and then I realized they were a boy

 

I'm not stupid, I am retarted. When I tried to complete Bob's Lost Soul, I would go to the Trade Market and buy the items there. Now, I have only 11 blocks of emerald.

 

Wasting 50minute to sell whole bank of junk item to ib.

Same, I wasted a stack of emerald due to not seeing the price

 

Doing all the early game quests which over-leveled me and made it too easy.

 

I bought high level gear for all my emeralds (4 le), even though they were fairly common

 

I immediately went into spending more than 2stx of LE into buying 17 bank pages just because I kept running out of room to put things in.
Even if I told myself, “I’ll dedicate this page to profs,” it ends up just becoming another storage page :’)

...I could’ve gotten 5stx of LE by now, but noooo bank pages go brrr
