Archer/Hunter How Can I Improve My Build? Lvl 101

This is my current build:
I haven't spent very long getting the things for it since I don't have a good idea of what makes a good build.

What can I do to improve it? And if it's just too bad, what other build should I try?
I'm trying to put focus mainly on spell dmg and mana regen/low spell cost while obviously still having a bit of health and defense.
Haven't done eldritch outlook or hive yet.

 

alright so...

dont powder your armor
that's only for some specific builds

and second, skillpoints
don't assign them randomly
if it's a spell based build, look up intelligence spell cost treshholds
they are on wynndata, but basically some key points are 68, 105 and 129

third, use wynnbuilder when building instead of wynndata, because well.. wynndata load times some times take like hours, and wynnbuilder is always instant

fourth, always powder your weapon when possible
cheap way is tier 4's and when you wanna go all out use tier 6
