well you're tanky but the damage is lacking and mana is overkill

is it supposed to be a lv 95 build? or are you using it on a 100+ assassin?

for assassin you normally want mana steal > mana regen because if you use vanish, which you should be doing btw, the mana regen doesnt work during that time

top tier spell dagger is black and there are a few variations on its builds, you can technically use it with morph but it's better in a non-morph build paired with superslow and a good amount of mana steal to get your mana going

and if u happen to be somewhat rich, a dawnbreak variation of a tanky black build.
you get a ton of lifesteal which makes it easier for no-potting, and your melee attacks now actually deal damage

I’m only level 38 but I just like planing stuff out when I can’t play

The wiki says mana steal doesn’t work when you’re doing spells so isn’t it not necessary because I want to do spell cycling

And money doesn’t really matter to me because I like grinding

The only thing I’m worried about is the skill requirements

 

the way you trigger mana steal is with melee hits
super slow helps you so you wont have to melee as often
and chain lighting aka weapon thunder special also procs your steals

as for skill requirements, that's a thing only for like etw builds or just glass cannon builds in general
with a somewhat tanky build, you should be fine regardless your skills, unless you're doing something very wrong

endgame is pretty far away if this is your first playthrough

 

So how much damage is considered average for assassins

 

5-6k spins with a tanky build
6-8k spins with offensive

 

for the 8.5k build without mythics or crafteds is there any thing else I can use instead of the Draoi Fair? I choose the renda langit during that quest.

 

maybe someones selling draoi

 

draoi fair is tradable
if they're overpriced or otherwise unavailable then bcata salvages the spellcosts. you lose damage by sacrificing intensity but there's little you can do about that.
