Mage/Dark Wizard Help Meteor Mage For Lvl 82?

I'm in need of a mage build with full blazing potential and medium tankiness! Any help, complete builds, item recommendations or tips are welcome!

I have my current build linked below, it's what I could do on my own. Meteors between 4999-10300 with this build. (If something seems funky on the wynndata, might be my lack of knowledge on how to use it)

Solo death if you haven't already, you get like 8 LE from TOA its definitely worth doing. Swap out wands as needed to take care of elemental weaknesses in places like the hive earth and fire divisions.
