Question About Powder Specials

can you have more than one powder special on the same item?
for example: i had a weapon or armor that has four powder slots and i add four earth VI powder to it, will i have double the powder special of earth?
one more example: i had a weapon or armor that has four powder slots and i add two earth VI and two fire VI powder to it, will i have both the powder special of earth and the powder special of fire?

Only one powder special per item. If that were the case, then Singularity would be jacked broken.

For clarification:

Only on weapons with more than 3 powders

For instance, AFF would give courage, not wind prison
