Assassin/Ninja Lvl 60 Ninja

yes i am the kid who asks for builds all the time but i made a new Ninja profile but uh i got lvl 60 and i feel like my water dmg lvl 60 mage build may not work for a thunder/water dmg build yes i realise i have a water weapon but i use the thunder weapon alot more so yeah and recommendations
