Shaman/Skyseer Help Any Shaman Builds For Lvl 78

Hi
I'm combat lvl 78 and need help on how to level up my skill points and what weapons/accessories/armors to use.
I have 30 Str / 28 Dex / 42 Int / 25 Def / 29 Agi for base, and i usually go up for 50 Int and 30 for others
If anyone can make a build for me, it'll be so nice for you! :)

I would use Blue Mask Adamantite Crystal Sodeta boots to beat Tower of Ascension and then use champions set

also use wynndata mana tables and keep an int number that hits a threshold (I would recommend 68 int). For relik use Thousand Waves and accessories use Dragon’s Eye and Royal Stormy (rings don’t matter as long as they don’t have a Str/Dex req that is too high)

how do i get adamantite? also is it okay to have low hp?

 

if there arent any on market use morph steel
adamantite is better if it has good hp roll
atleast until lv 87
