Damn that's a really good question. EO boss and the old Desert theme are for sure up there for me, but to be honest, I'm gonna go with Adventure (Emerald Trail). It may not be the most epic, the best sounding one, but it brings back some extremely pleasant memories of me first playing Wynncraft with my friends.
