Mage/Dark Wizard Help New Mage Set

Hey, I just switched classes from archer to mage because I felt bored of archer and i know about i need to lvl up but I don't have a good set for hp/mana build.
could I get some help on what build I should get

What i am looking for
>Good health
>Good mana regen
>good damage
>Does not cost allot
>I am level 24 right now but i will prob grind to lvl 32 or maybe more
Or just something for lvling up

hmmm would the hymn of dead work till i get Haros' oar
and i would probably switch to shaman cuz of the cc

 

probably yea. doesnt have high damage but it does have poison

 

hmm i only have the adventurer set and vindicator for the mage setup and idk about the morph topaz and darums serenity
what i mean i idk how to get those since the trade market it down... so i was wondering if that same setup would work withouth those 3 untill i can get them, i was thinking of getting a hymn of the dead first so that i can grind for the Haros' Oar or the red candle b4 the Haros' Oar
