Any Profession Important Ingredients?

So while playing, I am sure we all come across a TON of ingredients and don't really know which are actually useful or not. I am currently around in my 60s for my crafting profs and I need a ton of bankspace for my mass gathering grind. I was wondering: What ingredients are there to actually look out for in terms of usefulness? This question is being asked because I have several bank pages full of random ingredients I have collected but the usefulness to someone like me is fairly unknown. All I know is really keep 3 stars. Are there any 0 - 2 star ingredients that are important and should be kept if obtained?

 

I suppose a good general baseline is if you have a lot of them(15-20), you should probably keep them, but if you only have like 1-2, then theyre just clogging your bank up

 

ings with high gather xp/speed - someone will always search for it
ings that increase durability/duration (ex. Lithoflesh, Antique metal)
ings that has ingredient effectiveness modifiers (ex. Decaying heart)
Plus some more:
Iridescent Elytra - walkspeed
Adventurer's Diary, stolen goods - xp bonus
Glimmering coin - loot bonus
