I tried to fit in draoi fair and get 7 extra intelligence but I couldn’t

makani is a rather aggresive choice on a build that's already restricted by nighthawk. ornamental plate contributes pure raw, which makes it a poor pair with gale's force. also on 2/3 costs you have little excuse to forgo bcata.

it's every 5s.

that's a bad cycle because it doesn't use your mana efficiently. i'd alternate storm bomb and use the other two spells as required.

draoi fair doesn't fit onto this build because you're building twa. the extra int (for shield cost, presumably) isn't that important.

here's a nighthawk wfa you could consider. curse powdering is personal preference, feel free to swap back to wind prison.
