Is This Bannable?

Im sure that by judging off the title of this post you thought I'm doing some super shifty stuff or duplicating items. Nope, not nearly that bad.

I was just wondering if the following plan is bannable, it probably is but I just wanna make sure. I would appreciate answers from actual mods;
1) Get a build with high health regen
2) Go to Seavale Reef
3) Go to one of the many spots where items mostly spawn
4) Sit in the pool of items
5) you'll never drown because the health regen counters the damage from drowning
6) wait like 2 hours
7) sell all the items you got

This is basically idle farming, which I heard was bannable. But its also not too different from how the Seavale Reef was meant to be used anyway.

 

I actually asked this same question awhile ago before I joined CT (iirc around a year ago), the answer I got was yes it is bannable since it's considered the same as afk farming mobs. I'm assuming the rule probably hasn't changed, but you could still definitely ask a moderator about it.
