Good overall but I don't know if that mana can sustain 1/2 -- idk if you saw in AIn discord earlier but we've all but confirmed that mana runs on a 5 second cycle independent of tick lag, so this might be a bit short.

Replace bracelet with Dragons Eye and use tomes to get 68 int for 1/1, I think that'll be fine

I tried to make it non tome reliant but sure that can work if you want to use them
