Flying Mage Build?

Ive been seeing people with mage class flying around and was wondering what build was most popular/best for this.

 

Any build with enough mana regen and good spell costs can do this! Here's a really simple build that can do this easily

> No Chestplate
> No Leggings
> No Boots
> No Ring 1

> Diamond Hydro Necklace

You'd just have to cycle your spells:
Teleport until it costs 2 mana to teleport, then heal, then repeat

A more expensive way to mage fly is Warp, which doesnt require for you to heal between teleports.

 

what combat level and perk levels would you need to use that

 

KoH has a level requirement of 97
