7.4k Spins, good EHP, 9/4a ms with 1/4s mr and 1/1 costs and yeah. Don't see why anyone would shit on Inferno after seeing this.

 

the mana steal is too low, if you can get it to around 9 is good

 

You can put curador boots for 8/4s ms but then the damage is lower then black though not sure if you'd need 10/4s mixed mana at 1/1 costs

 

im pretty sure you do need, specially in boss battles

From what I can tell from messing around with it a little with builds:

Inferno pretty awkward to build with having negative health regen, no life steal and no mana steal or mana regen and the defense stats attached aren't especially impressive. It certainly has more raw stats than Black.

Black can't effectively reach the higher damage of Inferno pretty much entirely because conflagrate exists but in practical builds it seems to me that Black is both easier to build with and gets better results.

the only thing good about Inferno is that it is a mythic and naturally has a higher base

 

He wanted more mana sustain so I put curador boots in though mrepulsor can work too and would probably would be better to use that. And inferno is probably still stronger then black too if i can remember.

Probably better but yeah (You can put tenuto too and still has nice stats).

Comments about mana sustain:

It really depends what spell cycle you're going for. If you do like vanish-multi-spin-loop or something like that yes 1/1 6/4 might be enough, but you just lose dps so yes you have bigger numbers but no your build isn't going to be better

My assassin is 1/0/2/1 costs and I run vanish-spin-multi-spin-spin loop (1/1/2/1/1) with 13ms 2mr, and it is just barely enough; only has 7k spin base but compared to 8k spins with less spells cast its almost surely higher dps

not to mention OP's build is lower on sustain compared to this one, I don't think inferno is overpowered at all no, possibly still slightly undertuned.

y'all are sleeping on gold hydro. wih tomes you can also get 94 int not that it matters much. Eyes on all if you can't hit optimum mana

this also exists for those who want godly dps. enjoy getting oneshot by death metal however

 

After a bit i have realized Curador Boots is better then Frenzied mainly because of the MS and also GHB for bracelet (Gold Hydro Bracelet) and with Tenuto (which is @Diamond_Laser's build but yeah it works nice.

 

Arent all of these builds very glassy

 

30k+ ehp is in the middling zone - not tank but not glass

not really. also remember that vanish exists so you're not facetanking hits like other def heavy builds

 

If you call 48k EHP "very glassy", with ETW you may as well call challenges practically impossible (though it is, just very hard to do) as it has like 14k EHP
