I use this for speedrunning, its very off meta but works wonderfully well
insane lifesteal plus timerift gives 1.4x lifesteal proc and courage stacking, measured at 27k real dps against the eye (CCI phases)

my personal ignition build which I used before mythics, you can use a dhydro necklace for more mana, and you can replace cinderchain with adrenaline for net zero mana steal and a bit more damage
