Mage/Dark Wizard Help Time Rift Dps Build

Hello browsers of the forums. I managed to find a 95% time rift in my daily chest and I was looking for a good dps build that uses this item. Idm grinding out LI but preferably as minimal as possible. I am poor so please no mythics but everything else is on the table.

damage comes from getting double or sometimes triple courage and then meteoring

time rift can cast melee attacks meaning it will cast the weapon powder's effect aswell

13.3k Meteors unboosted, 48k EHP, and 4/4s MS with 1/1/1/1 costs. It looks pretty cool in my opinion and would really recommend if you're a Mage using Time Rift.
