Where Can I Mine????

i found farms to do farming
i found trees to do woodcutting
i found pools to do fishing
i found caves to do combat
then.......
where can i mine?
i just cant find anywhere to mine
can anyone suggest the closest mining area to ragni city?

 

There's a small area with some copper ore to the left, as you go down the Emerald Trail towards Nivla wood, near the item identifier. Turn off the path and head toward the mountains nearby, and the mine should be right there. One thing I feel compelled to say; if this is your first playthrough, it's generally recommended not to do professions, they're extremely grindy and there's no real reason you'd have to do them beyond a small amount for a few quests.

But also, as Melkor said, except for a few prof requirements in 3 quests, there's really no reason to do this on your first playthrough unless you REALLY love mindlessly grinding a ton
