How does vanish work on multihit and smoke bomb? Does it increase damage on all the hits or only the first one?

 

The boost lasts 2 seconds after you get out of vanish

 

The damage buff normally goes for all the hits of multihit, but not all of smoke bomb, as smoke bomb's damage takes more than the 2 seconds the strength buff stays after you get out of vanish, but the multihit takes less than 2 seconds, so that keeps all of the buff.
