Effervescent Dagger In Southern Nesaak Forest

    Hey!
    So when I was at the southeast part of Nesaak forest (near the two giant statues and the paths to Lusuco and Troms jungle) I found a circle of pillars, and an "effervescent dagger" entity. When I picked it up it said to take it to the dark stone pillar (the tallest one). A bit of parkour later, I reach the top and get a message "Shears broken, you are not ready" and the dagger disappears.
    Is this a part of some quest? It didn't trigger a secret discovery or anything. Couldn't find any information on it with Google.
