Is This Mod Pack Safe To Not Get Banned?

Related Dependencies - Wynntils Upgraded - Modpacks - Projects - CurseForge right now it only has 3 downloads and I'm not sure if it'll be safe to use with all the mods in it. is it ok?

 

Wynntils has been approved by the staff team if I'm correct and any mod that doesn't give you an advantage is basically as said in the rules N.1
"Any modified client that gives you a gameplay advantage is hacking. Modded clients that do not give a gameplay advantage (for example optifine) are allowed. (ex. fly hacking, aimbotting/killaura, water walking, xray, entity tracker, speed hacking & possession of a hacked client, even when not in use.)"

Although about the Better Burning mod, I'm pretty sure it would be useless in Wynncraft since it manipulates game mechanics and you're running it on a client. Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong with any of this.

 

Looks server-side, probably wouldn't do anything.
