    Like the title says, I have no idea which areas I have discovered (territorial, world and secret).
    I would like to prevent backtracking if possible but couldn't find anything on this issue.

    The yellow paper shows a list of territorial and world discoveries you've found, and the diamond shows a list of secret discoveries you've found (neither shows which ones you haven't found, sadly).
