it's at the market booth outside troms's main entrance, hence the troms soldiers around you

Ice Bear says that person is just buying 64 weathereds for 0 emeralds but in trade booths it doesn’t tell if the person is buying or selling

 

if theyre buying why would it have stats

doesnt make sense. also I don't think you can buy weapons/armors/accessories. also, the TM was changed so you cant buy at all now

 

I saw something like that before, but with a warp for 1 le. Darn it, they should fix it, I really had my hopes up that it was an actual warp for 1 le.

 

I saw a Weathered at a booth for 11e once, tried to buy it and it hust sent to me TM and tried to set up a slot where I would have an 11e buy offer for Weth.
